The school is an equal opportunity institution of "Alma Mater Education Society" which was established to cater to the Academic, Vocational, Co-curricular & Career needs of the students of Bareilly & neighbouring towns.   Administrator:   Capt. Rajiv Dhingra, M Phil His vision "Leaders are made outside the class rooms, inside class room only Babus are made". Alma Mater focuses on the all round development of the students in a fearless atmosphere where creativity is encouraged.

He Passed out as First in order of Merit to be Commissioned in the “Regiment of Artillery”. At school too he has been a first divisioner and also a good sportsman and represented at regional, state and national levels. He did his B.Sc. from Dehli University and masters from Rohilkhand University.

He is a Permanent member of Bareilly Club Ltd, Bareilly and life member of Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), N Delhi

Principal:   Ms. Poonam, MA, BEd. She brings to the school her creative ideas that contribute to developing a multi pronged approach to education. By qualification she is MA, BEd and  has been awarded in the fields of Education, Environment & Social Services:   Rohilkhand Award in 2001 by District Cultural Association; PTA National Award in January 2007; Felicitated by Nirankar Dev Samiti in January 2008
Co-ordinator(Academics & Co-curricular): Mr. Shubendu Dutta, BSc, MA, BEd. He has a keen and dynamic personality. Working ceaselessly for the cause of providing good education is his main aim. Has been recipient of the Rank & Bolt Award by Indian Airlines for 2007-08
Co-ordinator(Kindergarten): Ms. Neetu Arora, MA, BEd. A student of Psychology she has been a pillar since the inception of the school.
